Change Windows Subscription


Looking to change the subscription which is applied to your Windows device, e.g. move your device from a block-all plan to a filtering plan?

  1. Update your account to include an available subscription of the plan you would like your device to be moved to. In this case, you would add a filtering plan to your account.
  2. Then, contact our support team to have the change applied to your device.

If your original plan is a paid subscription, i.e. a filtering or email plan, advise the support agent whether you would like to cancel that subscription or you would like to leave it active in your account.
