If you are looking to cancel a subscription you can contact us via call, email, or chat with your cancelation request.
An additional way for you to request cancelation is to make the request from your account at Techloq.com
- On the ‘subscriptions plans’ tab in your account,
- Highlight the relevant subscription for example ‘Windows Filtering Plan’.
- Then use the button on the right, ‘View subscription details’.
- On the ‘subscription details’ page, use the button ‘Request Cancelation.
Please note: as part of the cancelation process we require a phone conversation and email confirmation. We will reach out to you for these when necessary.
