Program Not Working


Should you experience an issue with a program/application on your device, please be assured that we can assist you in resolving it.

If we have recently made a change to your account settings regarding this program, close the program completely and then run it again.

To ensure the program has been fully closed and is no longer running in the background, open your Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), select the program you wish to close, and then select 'End task'.

If this is the first time you are experiencing the issue with this program whilst you are being filtered, please ensure the website related to your program is accessible in your browser. If you reach a block page for the website, please use the Request Access button to open it.

E.g. if you are experiencing an issue with the Zoom program, ensure zoom.com is accessible for you in the browser.

Once this has been completed, fully close the program and restart it.

Please note: Filtering settings will often need adjusting as standard procedure in order to allow an installed program to work the way it should so:
