Optimum


The Optimum private home/office internet provider may initially block browsing ability on a Techloq filtered device. To resolve this:

  1. Go to www.optimum.net.
  2. Sign in with your Optimum ID and password
  3. Go to www.optimum.net/internet/boost/
  4. Under Port 80, click on the slider to turn 'On'

If this gives an error, you can try chatting with Optimum on the site and ask them to 'open port 80’.
 

Regrettably, we are not compatible with the Optimum publicservice provider, and you will be unable to browse on a Techloq-filtered device whilst it is connected to this service provider.
