A: Generally, apps will not be filtered once granted access. We recommend using the browser whenever possible, as it is regularly filtered, similar to our Windows filter.


Q: Will Techloq Android affect my hotspot? 
A: No, your hotspot will function normally. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact us for assistance.


Q: Can I block/allow apps on my own?
A: Yes, customers can effortlessly block apps through the Techloq App. To allow an app, simply click on the "Request Access" button on the block page when attempting to access the desired app.


Q: I need a blocked app, but access was rejected. What should I do?
A: We recommend using the browser whenever possible. For instance, instead of using the YouTube app, access YouTube.com through the browser.


Q: Does the Android filter have the same options as the Windows filter?
A: The browser follows a regular filtering plan. However, for Android, we do not offer a Block-All or Email Only filtering plan. You can still utilize Additional Filtering Options such as Schedules.


Q: Why does Techloq need Admin permissions on Android?
A: The Android filter requires Admin permissions to function properly. Treating it as a normal app would prevent it from effectively blocking other apps or filtering content.


Q: How do I ensure I am on the latest version of the Android filter?
A: Visit techloq.com/download on your browser, download the Android filter from the options provided, and run the download. The filter will automatically update to the latest version.


Q: Can Techloq block unwanted WhatsApp features?
A: Yes, the Android filter can block Statuses, Channels, and WhatsApp AI according to your preferences without affecting the overall app experience.
