A registration key represents a
subscription in your account. If you have ‘available
registration keys’ in your account, that means you have paid
subscriptions which have yet to be installed on a device.
You
will be asked for a registration key during the installation of the filter. If
you’ve just made the purchase of the subscription you are installing,
you will have received an email with the key, however, the key can also be
located in your account:
Once you have accessed your account at
Techloq.com, click on the
relevant subscription and then 'view subscription details'.
Your available registration keys will be displayed here.
It is important to ensure you have selected the
correct subscription plan to ensure the
correct installation. You can confirm that you have the
correct key by checking the title of the page on which the key is located
– if a different plan is noted, return to the main subscription plan tab
in your account and ensure you select the correct subscription.

Your registration key may be tied up in the previous installation of your

Please note: in a case where you make a purchase of a subscription to be applied to a
device which already has the filter installed with a different plan,
e.g. you purchase a filtering subscription to apply to a
device which is currently on the Block-all plan, you will
still receive an email with the key and installation instructions however the
change will actually need to be processed by our team in your
account, rather than by installing the filter again. In such a case, as well
as if you should have any other queries regarding your registration keys,
