How to Secure My Account

There are two ways in which we ensure your account remains secure. 

Authentication Code: 
The Authentication code prevents unauthorized changes being made to your filter settings. You will be asked for your code before requesting access to a block page and before making changes using the Techloq extension. You will also be asked for this code when contacting our support team via webchat or phone.

Account Owner Email address. 
Any major changes to the account will be made only after receiving an email confirmation from the account owner. We rely on the fact that only the account owner will be able to contact us via email to keep your account secure.
