Change Contract Length


The billing contract length on your account can be set to monthly, quarterly, or annually. You can change your current contract length by updating your subscription.

  • Should you choose to lengthen your contract length (e.g. change from monthly to quarterly) you will pay a one-time pro-rated price according to the amount of time by which your contract has been lengthened until your newly extended next billing date.
  • Should you choose to shorten your contract length (e.g. change from quarterly to monthly) your account will be credited pro-rata.

Please note: you can choose a contract length only for the Android plan and Windows filtering plan.

The email and block plans can only be purchased as an annual plan.
