Refund Policy


Refund:

As per our terms and conditions, a customer is entitled to a full refund for the most recent payment in one of the below circumstances:

  • If the first subscription purchased on your account is canceled within 14 days. 
  • A subscription which was purchased for a non-compatible device. 
  • When a subscription is purchased but the filter is then never installed, we can refund the first payment made at purchase. All further charges are preceded by an email to notify the customer of the renewal of their subscription.

Please note that all subscriptions are programmed to auto-renew. Should a customer wish to discontinue a subscription, it is their responsibility to request cancelation before the plan renews.

We are able to offer a refund only if we have record of a cancellation request made before the renewal of the subscription.

Additionally, if a customer wishes to cancel mid-subscription, we are unable to offer a refund for the remaining time on the plan. Please see below regarding the case of when there will still be other paying plans on the account after this one is canceled.

Credit:

In the event of one of the following circumstances, we will credit your account according to the value of the unused time of your subscription:

  • When downgrading a subscription e.g., cancel a single filtering plan subscription but you still have another paying plan in your account.
  • When switching from a filtering plan to an email plan or vice-versa in the middle of a contract.
  • When transferring a filtered device to a be under a different account – credit will be applied to the account to which it is moved.
