Update Your Subscription


Updates to your subscription are done on your account at Techloq.com.

Log into your account to upgrade features such as:

  • Increasing the number of devices under a subscription
  • changing your contract length
  • adding additional users
  • adding schedules
  • including the 'advanced locking control' feature

Please note: The number of devices can be updated under any plan; all other updates are relevant only to the filtering plan. 

On the ‘subscriptions plans’ tab in your account, highlight the relevant subscription for example ‘Windows Filtering Plan’, and then use the button on the right, ‘View subscription details.

On the subscription details page, locate and click the button ‘Update Subscription.

Update options:

Change contract length:

Click the drop-down list and select the contract length you would like to change to.

Click here to find out how your billing will be affected by making this change.

Add device/s:

This is where you would increase the number of subscriptions you have under this plan. I.e., if you would like to put the filter on a new device.

Simply use the upwards pointing arrow to increase the number to include the total amount of subscriptions you would like to have in your account. (Hover over the field to get the ‘arrows’.)

Please note: you will not be able to decrease the number of subscriptions over here. If you would like to decrease the number of subscriptions in your account, please see here for the cancelation process.

Optional Extras:

Here’s where you can add users, schedules, or the advanced locking control feature to your account.

Simply use the upwards pointing arrow to increase the number to include the total amount of users/schedules you would like to have in your account. (Hover over the field to get the ‘arrows’.)

Click the ‘include’ button to add the advanced locking feature to your account.

Completing the update:

Proceed to the Summary page and select ‘update subscription’.

On the page detailing your payment. ‘Check’ the field to authorize the payment and then ‘update subscription’ to complete the update.

If the update you have made is a new addition to your account which requires configuration, you will receive an email upon completing the purchase to assist you further.
